What does the application process look like?
After submitting your application, our team will review your qualifications. If you’re a potential match, you’ll be invited to meet our leadership team during the interview process. You’ll also have the chance to demonstrate your skills by working on a few trial homes alongside our experienced cleaners.
Do I need to bring my own cleaning supplies?
You have the option to use your own supplies if that’s what you’re most comfortable with. Otherwise, Sophia’s Cleaning provides all necessary supplies and equipment to ensure you have everything you need to deliver excellent service.
Are there opportunities for career growth?
Absolutely! We believe in promoting from within. As we grow, there are opportunities to advance into roles like lead cleaner, trainer, and management positions.
Will I be working in the same area every day?
Yes, we try to assign cleaners to neighborhoods close to one another whenever possible to reduce travel time. This approach also allows you to build relationships with repeat clients. We primarily work in and around suburbs near La Grange, Illinois.
How does Sophia’s Cleaning handle client tips?
All tips received go directly to the cleaners who served the client. If tips are paid by card, they are passed on with a small deduction for credit card fees.
How often will I get paid?
We pay our team members every 2 weeks, providing reliable and consistent pay so you can focus on what you do best.
